Data validation: FS projects loaded into MIS

Users in the Free State province are advised that 189 “legacy” projects were loaded into the MIS on 22 June 2006 after undergoing extensive validation against source documentation.

Users that were involved in the validation exercise must please note that the FormID of all forms were changed by adding the number 10 000. A form with FormID=5422 in the FS Validation MIS (VMIS) can therefore be found in the MIS with FormID=15422. This was necessary to avoid duplicates between provinces.
