Data validation: KZN projects loaded into MIS

Users in the Kwazulu-Natal province are advised that 925 “legacy” projects were loaded into the MIS on 12 May 2006 after undergoing extensive validation against source documentation.

Users that were involved in the validation exercise must please note that 15 of these projects in the Matatiele LM will now reflect under Eastern Cape. Also note that the FormID of all forms were changed by adding the number 50 000. A form with FormID=5422 in the KZN Validation MIS (VMIS) can therefore be found in the MIS with FormID=55422. This was necessary to avoid duplicates between provinces.
