Data validation: NC projects loaded into MIS

Users in the Northern Cape province are advised that 80 “legacy” projects were loaded into the MIS on 1 March 2007 after undergoing extensive validation against source documentation.

Users that were involved in the validation exercise must please note that the FormID of all forms were changed by adding the number 20 000. A form with FormID=5422 in the NC Validation MIS (VMIS) can therefore be found in the MIS with FormID=25422. This was necessary to avoid duplicates between provinces.
