Data validation: WC projects loaded into MIS

Users in the Western Cape province are advised that 399 “legacy” projects were loaded into the MIS on 11 May 2006 after undergoing extensive validation against source documentation.

Users that were involved in the validation exercise must please note that the FormID of all forms were changed by adding the number 30 000. A form with FormID=5422 in the WC Validation MIS (VMIS) can therefore be found in the MIS with FormID=35422. This was necessary to avoid duplicates between provinces.
